IPC has a sharp focus on Quality…on both sides of the globe

At the bottom line we understand that the most important products we provide to our customers are Service and Quality. Truly successful customer relationships are not made by simply meeting our customer’s expectations, but by exceeding them. Accomplishing this for our customers is what drives each of us at IPC.

Our ISO 9001 and A2LA accreditations in our USA facility are a testament to IPC’s commitment to quality and to continuous improvement in the quality process.  Our USA lab is the cornerstone of our quality initiative and is equipped to handle the most stringent inspection requirements. But as IPC’s global strategy grew we saw the need to extend the reach of our quality process. And so we did….right to the doorstep of our Pacific Rim suppliers. Thus, our Far East sourcing office and Quality lab was established in 2008 to do just that.

All of IPC’s exacting and thorough quality processes are replicated in that facility as we closely monitor suppliers and inspect production at the source. Our Far East Team plays a key role in qualifying and developing new sources, ensuring critical standards are met and product manufactured to a superior quality level. IPC is willing to also offer our Far East testing services for those customers who may already have components sourced overseas.
